From business perspective I guess it makes sense. You want your iconic OGs to be immortal so you can introduce new gens as experiments without too much risk overall.
What I'm wondering is, is it just Miko in the clique? Sora owns shares in Cover. What about Fubuki? And Mori with her Mario Party "curse"?
