Her being lonely comments usually come from when she has to rehearse from an event alone, since that's when she interacts with her pals. Or when she has too much free time.
Why she doesn't plans more collabs? Mix of shyness, and scheduling being a bitch, since she's also contracted with Victor entertainment and does idol work, and I think the latter also applies to her non Holo-pals (under other agencies of course), so planning is usually complicated.
TL;Dr: Daisenpai intimidates holos, non holos get screwed by scheduling , and Sora is shy to ask for more collabs feeling she'd be bothering them.
