If they want opposite things, they can't all be satisfied. If Cover goes against its core members, the company would collapse in a second. Even if it's to save every last one of its solo sidemembers who want to do their own thing. Cover allowing people to do their own thing is the only reason those members are there to begin with, in a normal company they wouldn't get hired or invested in to begin with.

dance practice / recordings / performances. meetings. it's tricky because a lot of the na people are legitimately doing nothing... maybe. but like koyori showing up in lamy's competition spent all of the time in between performing on her laptop working. subaru actually just straight up showed her schedule from two years ago and, man, she's actually not exaggerating when she talks about it now how she didnt have time to eat, and how her life is so much easier now because she has one day off a week. and just earlier today she was talking about what a regular thing it is for the holo talents to sleep at the studio. crazy stuff

some of the earlier gens are just on another level. fubuki was finally forced to take a vacation like three and a half years into working. every day. and she was doing so much every single day that everyone joked about her being multiple people. and she's not even the only one who's been forced to have some time off. which you'd think would be like a month or something after working for like that long, but then it's just like three and a half days. choco is one of the lesser known ones to have thrown hololive onto her back when she started. things were a lot different then viewership wise and she was doing five fucking streams a day, man.

She literally only need to work 2 hours per day outside of streaming. If people like Calli can stream almost daily while recording new music and all other activities, there's no excuse for anyone else.
