The JP market as a retarded emphasis on high pitch voices that most JP vtubers change their pitch while streaming. If you don't get proper voice coaching and abuse this by streaming a lot you end up with thrussy hurt.

Hololive has a masterful PR team that's essentially able to wash away some of their worst blunders and bad practices and have a legion of people that will still defend them.
News could come out that Nerissa has a hobby of kicking pregnant woman and people would find a way to spin it into a positive story. It's really remarkable.

I like Iroha but how the fuck is she stressed to the point of losing her voice? Have you seen the work that the gen 3 Holos do? They have been around since 2019 and Pekora still streams daily and is the face of Hololive, and Marine as well being a close second while paying who knows how much for her music videos.
Even the smaller HoloJPs that have a reason to be stressed are still working with no issues.
You cant just say a company is bad because one or two of its 90 employees are stressed.
