The Kizuna stream were partially scripted, but honestly it was for the better. When I watch Kizuna AI I want to watch the girl that calls herself the super intelligent AI, not some twitch girl that happened to have an anime avatar. I'm pretty sure it's one of the reason why girls like Korone or Pekora managed to stay at the top, they are still trying to stay in character even after all these years. I'd argue that on the EN side, even despite all her shit, Gura also managed to understand that.
