I haven't gotten the impression any of the JP members are at the edge, even Astel who people say always complains about management (he doesn't really) is still always looking to improve himself and do more. The worst I've heard is how Hanakishi's manager seems to be unresponsive at times.
EN also seem fine aside from Altare, but he's invested a lot of money in his studio so I think he just needs that break.
