Its been stated that the talents fund all the music videos, songs, etc. I'd imagine it's costly doing all that but also being in North America with no access to the 3D studio in Japan. They probably ask that she pays for travel and lodging if she wants to come use it.
All the EN talents who seem to be okay with the current status quo have moved to Japan or they're just sticking to streaming at the moment. I figure from Fauna's perspective if she's just going to be a streamer because circumstances won't let her relocate to Japan (also she doesn't know Japanese) she might as well receive a better share by being an indie streamer. If you check her streams for November she was playing Pikmin and LA Noire which she can't even run superchats on because of permissions.
