None of the events, the concerts, the prominence and the charm. Same goes for the western talents.
They see and crave the fame and adoration, but they do not want to put in the work to be idols. Hell, they can't even put in the bare fucking minimum of 2 hours a day. So it's no surprise that if someone from management pesters them to actually do something, they lose their minds, take all the viewers they've fostered and fuck off to do "their own thing" of doing nothing.
And I also blame Cover for this, because they let some get away with it like Gura, instead of kicking her out like they should have long ago. This just gets in the head of the other talents and they start thinking "if she can get away with it, why can't I?", but then they get angry if you point out the sub count difference.
