Myth and Promise (council) case are like every other work environment out there. When you first get a job and work in that said job you adapt to the job, but eventually when time move on both you and the company have to change to adapt the outside landscape so ofc thing will not stay the same way forever. You have to start learning new thing / doing more task, having to have more knowledge about outside thing that effect your job. So your option is pretty much keep up or leave.
Take the pandemic for example, it was this period that helped Cover and Hololive to get more attention but it was also this period where people build up their own opinion and view about their life. Before the pandemic no one would ever thought that the traditional thinking where you get a job, work in it till you can build a family, buy a house and retire would ever change and yet just 2-3 years after the pandemic it changed completely.
But this is no longer 2020-2021, the Vtubing landscape has change dramatically. Just like every thing else you need to change to adapt, we can see the clear different between Myth / Promise vs Advent/Justice and the new DEV_IS. You will have to eventually change the way you handle doing business when it goes big or maybe it just me seeing doing more task normal bcs I've been to use to work 10-12 hours a day, 6 day a week for the last 6-7 years of my life
