sure doesn't fucking feel like it. for EN, you'd think they'd have hired a handful (like 10) new talent managers, maybe one more middle manager, someone here and there for more perms and licensing stuff, maybe someone to do more song/performance/stage stuff. JP had similar gaps in new gens and there'd been a few new ID ones as well so if you ballpark like +20-30 people per branch, logically Cover should have like doubled in size maybe. so to balloon up 6x over, 400 of those people are literal black magic "what the FUCK are they even doing" roles that it's hard to fathom why they have to be there.

holoearth has been getting steady updates and will go into version 1.0 next year. they have an entire youtube channel that posts videos about the new updates.
the songs thing has also been talked about by talents for years. if cover wants a talent to do a specific song they pay for and take care for everything, if the talents want to do a song they can either do everything themselves but have full rights to the video (which they later can sell to cover) or go trough the paperwork to get cover to pay a part of the cost

and I am fairly sure your last point is just straight up wrong
