Mid-range safety is holos who haven't solidly said they are ride or die, but they like being in Hololive, they love the other girls, and they have good reasons to stay.
e.g. Moom (things may change after she finishes college though), Ina (I hope the VISA thing is just a small hiccup and Cover make it up to her somehow), Kiara, Gura, Gigi and Raora.
Barring extreme management fuckery, most of these will stay.
However, Fauna was also in this group prior to this announcement, so you'll need to keep watch on how management responds to this in the coming months before investing in this group.
High risk : Kronii (depressed, unsure about her direction, had fights with management)
