Assuming Covers management is competent (which is an assumption), then generating net revenue is paramount, and Fauna brought in far more than she cost. That "incident" from long ago had little to no impact, and nothing of note has been a public issue since. The brand risk is extremely remote. Killing off the Fauna money generator over a contract negotiation where that is the issue is retarded. but Cover could be retarded.
