If a talent doesn't want to participate in the big thing - the Hololive concerts - okay, just let her chill, record voice packs, etc. Doesn't want to do voice packs, and just want to stream all day everyday holed up in her womancave? Sure, you still take a cut of superchats.
But if a talent leaves - she generates ZERO yen for you. The only situation worse is if your employee stops working but you still pay them, so you actually lose money. Although Gura seems to get away with it. How the fuck does management let things get to this point? I'm not even taking moral or emotional aspects into consideration.
