I don't get it. Why do corpos place management above the talents?
Literally nobody cares about the people behind the scenes. This is the same shit that happened to NijiEN, unhinged management, doing as they please until they talents break up,
This shit is a disaster, Watson was a pilar HoloEN, Fauna was the strongest EN streamer, Chloe was JP's top whale milker, Aqua was a pilar of classic Hololive.

Management works to get them things like brand deals and advertisment. It's all about the money. There's a graph that shows the growth in profits for merchandise and brand deals by a substantial amount for Cover over the last 4 years, so the fags in charge are puttimg more focus on the shit that makes them money without realizing a large portion of that money is made off of people who get attached to talents by their streams, not because their character looks cool.
I saw someone say that Hololive has made their money and popularity off of working as a virtual hostess club. It's about the women coming to you every day and asking you questions, making you feel either relaxed or valued, and the surrounding atmosphere of the place you're in. What they're doing right now is the equivalent of a hostess club manager seeing that money is mostly made off of the insanely expensive booze they sell, and thinking that that booze is actually why people come there so they should offer more variety of that and cut down on the number of girls at the club because they don't actually make the sale/cash.

Because $. Yagoo got backed into a corner to make the company public due to taking VC money. I believe he really is a talent first person but he was naive to think he would be able to handle the board of directors without stronger controlling shares. Especially with so many outside people coming in who weren't a part of the company in it's initial growth phase
