She can't use that particular model any more, because Illusion revoked perms globally when they closed V-Katsu; she can make a new 2D or 3D outfit based on the IP she created in V-Katsu if she wants to, but the actual model itself is forever lost due to licensing issues.
I have no idea whether or not Mikeneko did any vtuber streams while Rushia was active, and I can't even hazard a guess as to whether any Holomems' roommates have done any vtuber streams while those Holomems were active. If any of them have, I'm confident someone smarter than me will mention it in this thread
