I'm a close personal friend of one of the Hololive talents. I won't say who for obvious reasons.Shit is collapsing faster than you can imagine.

There's a bunch of problems with management, but it's not Yagoo's fault. He's actually been fighting tooth and nail to try and fix this mess but the new investors are blocking him at every turn. They want things a certain way, and nobody is able to stop them. Behind the scenes everything is a clusterfuck. There's a bunch of new rules and regulations that have been forced upon everyone and that no one involved with the talents directly had any chance to vote for for have any say in whatsoever. The tl;dr of it all is that investors want Hololive to be a squeaky clean idol company and they want to reduce the focus on streaming and focus more on idol activities and brand growth, and to better appease advertisers. And with that squeaky clean identity that they want to promote, there's a laundry list of things that the talents are no longer allowed to say or do. I don't think all of the new policies have come into effect though but they're on their way.

A ton of the talents are trying to leave the company, but right now they either can't because of contractual obligations, or for other miscellaneous reasons. There's actually a bunch of graduations lined up, and they all wanted to get out ASAP but management begged/bribed them to stick around for a little while so they didn't have 20+ talents leave all at once (yes, you read that right)

I can tell you right now with full certainty that these Hololive/Holostars talents are all graduating within the next 6 months: Gura, Bae, Irys, Mumei, Kronii, Haachama, Fubuki, Pekora, Flare, Noel, Kanata, Luna, Lamy, Polka, Laplus, Iofi, Ollie and Altare and those are only the ones I know of! There could very well be more that my friend hasn't been told about yet. Every one of these people is mad as hell about what's been going on. Hell, everyone is, and even more would be leaving if they could.

Again, DO NOT BLAME YAGOO! IT IS NOT HIS FAULT! It's not the fault of any of the public facing management/staff that anyone knows about. It's all investors and new management that are causing all the problems.
