>>90734398This much was obvious when everyone suddenly started to talk about their interactions with managers and workload. But it's all pointless because nobody will say out loud which part of the work annoyed them enough to leave when even lazier holos stay.
And I think it all boils down to personal managers being good or bad, because only big projects could realistically cause arguments with higher ups.
