They are simply reassuring their worried fans that they're not quitting next by saying they personally are doing fine and haven't had major issues with their managers. That's their personal experience, just as valid as Fauna's is. Same thing every talent does for shocking graduations like this, reassure their fans. They can't say specific shit about Fauna's issue or comment on it when she herself isn't, they're probably all under NDA about specifics anyway. All they can do is reassure their fans, and say nice things about Fauna and tell fans to support her last month, which they all did.
They're all still friends with Fauna. Fauna literally said she loves all the talent. They're all going to collab with her a bunch over the next month and have fun while you reeeeee here over and over desperately hoping for holo vs holo based on fucking nothing.
