Hakos is the vessel of chaos, which has existed forever. And she has been tasked to govern the universe with the other concepts that war with each other, space vs time, civilization vs nature,
working towards keeping order.
Order only happens when it is a creation of the gods. When the gods create something, and let it run, chaos arises. It happened to Space, and Nature, and Time, and then civilization.
So vessels were made for all, governed by chaos.
