In addition, he's going to have to deal with JP corpo autism. Unless, he can be hands-off (temper his ego) and appoint competent JP executives, he's the type to be "hands-on" when he's either around, bored, or just "feeling like it".
Speaking of AI, there's decently good risk that he jeopardizes artist relationships, especially with the policies that Twitter has been trying to implement.
Finally, the guy has politicized himself and involved himself with the culture war bs. One of the nice things about Hololive is how much its systems push against doing anything political/culture war related. Him buying Cover Corp also means the company is going to become "American"-centric. If the goal is to kill the main branch, him buying Cover Corp is a really good way to do it.
