The majority are saying some variety of "I don't have a problem with management", "I'm happy here" or "There are some changes, but nothing big" or "change is good!"
The only person I've seen that acknowledged that the management was in the wrong was Kiara, but she did that behind a paywall, and even then she said that she was fine.

It's so frustrating to see people in the same fanbase as me deflecting so much for the corpo. I have tried to stay neutral on in and not hate on Cover over Gura being just gone for months at a time but I am finding it hard to carry water for them more and more. This is bullshit. Something is clearly wrong no matter what the remaining talents say or were told to say, at this point it's really hard to say which of these is true. Wish this shit never happened I just wanted to watch karaokes and go go concerts and stuff like that. But cover wants to completely toss aside what made them what they are. The connection their talents made with their fanbases isn't so easily created and very easily broken but you can't monetize that hard enough for shareholder retards.

Bae was trying to be fair and from the sounds of it all of them had some disagreements with management. Ame and Fauna made the decision to leave Hololive but other talents made the decision to stay. We don't know what the changes are going to be and that is why it's easy to be cynical.

What the hell was management thinking making Chloe records songs while she had COVID? That would explain why Chloe made the decision to graduate and Hololive really needs to stop doing that. I don't understand why people take the word of company employees to mean anything. Of course they aren't going to make too much of a stink. Their income depends on the company not blowing up. This is like if Walmart executed 1million children in a third world shithole and you then went to a regional manager and asked their opinion on the topic. They're either going to try and ignore it or downplay it. The talents are always going to do this. Only time tells what exactly is happening there. There's definitely an issue with management, but Jap laws are strict and they don't want to rock the boat at the company they work at.

This is simple logic and yet we're somehow taking the word of the literal faces of the company as to what's wrong with said company.
