I might as well provide an answer to the question posed in the OP. Kiara has kinda talked it, though indirectly. She wants people to hear and understand her. Because of her accent and her ESL, if she were to speak softly, quietly or inarticulately, she risks people not being able to hear/understand her. She mentions that she takes a lot of effort to make sure that the whole time that she's speaking on stream, she speaks as clear as she can.
Though, to be fair her enunciation is pretty good, she probably could stand to knock a decibel or two off and still be comprehended just as well.
