Holo management allows the talents to publicly vent their frustrations about management without punishing them for it, so long as they don't violate their NDA or other contract rules while doing so; i.e. "Manager-san is stonewalling perms for the game I want to stream" is okay, but "[manager's real name] is stonewalling perms for the game I want to stream" is not.
As opposed to a certain other company, whose affiliated vtubers (their "livers") can get suspended for even suggesting that their managers' farts don't smell like roses.
