Oshi-spark then decides to piggyback off it with again another synergistic event, in their case the doki-mint event the night before the hololive concert (but still during the convention which lasts a couple of days).
Its very clear the theory is basically to try and enhance the value proposition by having someone come down on the 14th or before, do the convention then the fantomethief concert, then the next day you do more convention into the hololive concert in the afternoon and go back home the evening of.
The fantometheif concert actually probably sold a few extra tickets for hololives event because it enhances the value proposition of making the journey there to more casual types.
The issue is clearly that the location turned out to be fucking aids and everyones struggling to sell tickets as a result.
