Basically what I expected. Neither she nor Rosemi will be leaving. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Rosemi ends up getting looped into another unit like Petra did. Probably Lazulight, if Claude doesn't get in that.
Basically, they're lost causes. How disappointing. Best of luck to them, since I guess even declining, Nijisanji is likely to be the biggest they'll ever be.
