Fauna leaving means someone who actually streams and gets consistent viewership is gone. Gura leaving would do fucking nothing since she doesn't stream or release any kind of content anymore.
At the same time, Hololive EN has a large group of relatively popular members to shuffle around, though none really at the level of Fauna.
It's absolutely a setback for the branch, but I'm sure they'll be able to fill that hole in viewership with people like Biboo or FuwaMoco.
I'd say Raora too but dear lord her stream hours...
tl;dr Fauna was absolutely important to the branch, but HoloEN isn't so topheavy that losing one or two people would instantly cripple the remainder, barring maybe Moria.
