i want to believe gura and mumei are on the fauna side but im starting to think that's cope
it's true that gura retweeting fauna things (and chloe's thing) is the most recent twitter activity from her since a full month ago, and that her rm followed fauna's rm
it's true that gura and mumei love fauna, neither of them have given clique like statements like the others have, mumei retweeted promise art that actually includes fauna, they still have a song together that hasnt come out yet
and yes mumei also happens to be someone who went out of her way to support doki on rm and even invite doki to her place to comfort her and watch twilight and laugh at the spidermonkey scene together when doki was depressed and suicidal so that's good precedent for mumei's integrity
okay but also, both gura and mumei are conflict-averse and anxious people in general, both havent made a statement yet on either holo or rm actually outwardly supporting fauna's side of things, gura has been getting closer to kiara for a while and mumei loves bae and had a conversation with bae that seemed to be reassuring to bae
so this narrative of the "fauna-gura+mumei" alliance doesn't seem heavily supported to me and the only one who believes in fauna even when /vt/ and /hlgg/ have turned on her, and kronii wont even mention her name, and nobody will make any statement saying they care for fauna as a friend and are sympathetic to her circumstances, nobody saying they'll continue to keep in touch and remain friends, nobody saying this graduation is a loss to holo and an impact that will be felt, an absence that will feel heavy or an emptiness difficult to replace or anything like that
the only one is me (and anyone else who loves fauna i guess)
