Hololive is just being (japanese) corpo. They simply want talents to stream more. While Fauna was a good asset (she was great, because everybody in holo is great in some way), Hololive simply tries to increase discipline among all their talents, who happened to be artistic individuals and needed special working conditions.
I am right, if next affiliations/graduations will be talents who are less active than their coworkers (except Gura, she will be the last in this list).
Nothing inappropriate is happening, most of the people work in the same conditions. Japanese corpos just have more pronounced focus on work ethics compared to western ones
