The leak is technically plausible, but that's about it.
It's not really worth thinking about. I can confirm you're not going to find any good evidence to confirm/deny it either way.
For example, there was one potential hint at a near future graduation depending on how you interpret it; but the timing is off, yet still could technically line up if you took the earliest possible timeframe on the public hint and the latest possible timeframe on the "leak".
There's basically nothing worth discussing in the "leak" unless you're just taking the hypothetical scenario of "this is true" at face value. For instance; if this is somehow true the fan is a fucking retard - Twisty is a natural savant at accidentally coming up with the best plans despite otherwise being totally brainless - and our hypothetical Twisty here is no different.
Our hypothetical scenario Twisty has an exit strategy, a timeline for it that gets her out in the near future, and a plan for what comes after that which looks solid. Who gives a fuck about justice re: Aster? Getting Aster sanctioned for being a sexpest doesn't help her get out, it only risks jeopardising her strategy, especially if it were successful. That shit takes time to resolve. All this moron fan needed to do is help her not rope for a few more months and she'd be fine completely on her own effort.
But this is just pointless prattle, because it relies upon unverifiable information as a premise.
