Then you get situations like they talked about on Sunday where they physically can not sing or voive act when they show up for a recording and it pushes everything back for the entire project, not just their part. Couple that with the fact that there are others who need to record, more stuff that needs to be done after the recording, and likely multiple other talents doing the same shit all the time, and you have a fucking mess to keep track of and try to get finished.
