A lot of Holos have come out and said that they're happy with the way that things are going.
If the issue really was that Fauna in particular was getting screwed by management I'd bet that other people would have spoken out.
This many people leaving in such a short time can't be a coincidence and I think that the root cause has to do with changes related to whatever Cover has planned.
There is most likely a new process or expectations related to these plans that was not there when she debuted.
Considering that the more musically focused Holos have mentioned how excited they are and that there are big plans for 2025, the changes probably have to do with concerts or performances.
Fauna's disagreement might be that she doesn't want to travel but Cover is pushing for live events or portions that are live that would require travel.
If this is the case then it would be an unfortunate case of different desires but no one would really be in the wrong.
