Unironically this and Hololive talents can tell fans about small disagreements but can't talk about the major disagreements. Anything big enough to damage the company's reputation would break their NDA. Cover fired Mel even after 5 years and deleted her channel so the girls are held to strict rules. The double "graduation" of Vesper and Magni prove that even the guys can be fired if they piss off management. Their contract likely has a list of rules that are grounds for immediate termination.
