I suspect the reason is that she's trying to avoid having to pay any amount of money on them, so she's going for a budget "video" instead of commissioning something worthwhile. From what I've heard, she's been complaining about how she's not getting enough views on them (none of them have hit 1m, even the one she released nearly two years ago).
The money issue also seems to play into her Live a few months back where she was constantly complaining on stream afterwards about how it was only a net negative with regards to spending and that she didn't get anything out of it to justify it.
