She also as a buff with the other livers in the form of being the de facto daisempai of the EN branch, which she has been since the black screen; that might give her a debuff with management, since Elira is the de jure daisempai of the EN branch and has been since Obsydia's debut (but that debuff would be nullified by Finana already being on her way out)
