Japan has different laws, different business, etc. Like if someone is streaming there, they're not dealing with the same US tax system as someone living in America. Thefore they have a JP side of the company for things like that. Naturally, Loutlot, the head of the japanese business side of the company would've had a big part in getting these new japanese members, atleast, that would be the most commonly held belief because it makes the most sense, because they're all living in Japan where that side of the company is run. Hime wouldn't be considering anything but Vshojo, but she's been livining in japan for years so it's natural to assume most of her business would be be done atleast in some part, if not mostly through the JP side of the company. I am going strictly off how the company labels it's members, how the members label each other and what they refer to themselves as, and what tends to be common with running a business in multiple countries.
