Who knows, maybe theyre not even dancing, maybe have people hired to dance and they sing, maybe they pre recorded the music and are just dancing. Maybe its all hired actors and Marine is just eating McDonalds while watching in the background and she is actually a 3 feet tall cyclops. Or maybe they are actually just doing it.
I would need more cues to know why you think that, not even saying you are wrong, but saying it is totally implausible though, that is something we can say it is not because other people can do it.
If someone can do it, anyone can do it, but since it isn't actual live people but avatars we can never know.
