>>91148965You've got to understand how young men are different from older men to understand. Besides a few actual creeps and rapists, most people don't treat older men the same. It's not an age thing, it's even reversed from how it was 10-20 years ago. Today young men turn themselves into the most unappealing version of men you can possibly imagine. They're not just unappealing, but they tend to revel in it, and then blame all their problems on women and minorities. Without a carrot or a stick, guys like that have completely deleted all of their value to society. There is no value in male vtubers, since they're young guys, and now they have to prove they're not like the other young guys, but statistically most of the time they are.
You could engage in the whole discussion too, but it would just break down into the same old problem where they don't own up to anything and definitely don't fix themselves. But why even make that effort? They don't want to change, and it just ends up wasting time and energy to even try to help one of them out. They won't even see it like you're helping them, they will see it like you're attacking them. They just want you to shower them with attention, go out of your way to promote them, then they still resent you for things out of your control.
Even if it's not outright hate, it's just not worth the trouble. Ever.
