Quinn has already admitted about coworkers getting bad vibes from Aster, the leaks talks about other members avoiding talking with Aster, playing games with him, etc. It also talks about members reaching out to management about the bad behavior and were just ignored. If they reprimand the ones talking about the abuse, how likely is it for more of them to quit the branch?
And lastly we have Scarle, the first known Victim of Aster. If it comes out that Aster was sexually harassing the girls. Does this mean they had forced her to collab with her abuser? It will be safe to say that Luca knew of this and tried to talk with management, and yet they have been ignoring the livers concerned for over a year?
