Wanting to be cheered on and supported is natural. Even the fact that the guy's uncle is just a super fan but gets to interact with her means she isn't a bitch. At 70 and being washed up things have got to be tough mentally, emotionally, and physically when performing.
The thing a lot of fans forget is that entertainers are still doing a job and don't want to be accosted by fans or interfered with by the audience. Everyone can have empathy for retail workers and fast food workers, and a lot of the problems are the same but cranked up. What if customers didn't just bother you at work but bothered you during your time off, that would be wack as shit. That's going to grind people down.
On the one hand, vtubers don't necessarily have to deal with most of that. However, some of them get attacked by super fan stalkers that know their real life identity. That is bound to affect them and their attitude, understandably so, or you can just call them a massive bitch.
