I really dislike posting on this board, but I figure I'll just drop this and be on my way after to save anyone who might be considering the M. Rage jackets some time and money. They don't accept customer reviews on their website, so I don't know where else to post this. I just got mine in the mail and before even putting them on I've had a horrible fucking experience with them.
First of all, the art is really subpar. I looked past this when I ordered because I just wanted a jacket with Mori on it and it looked decent enough, but now that they've arrived and I've had other problems with them, it really is a slap in the face just how not great the artwork is. It's not horrifically bad, but Mori looks more like some rando girl cosplaying as Mori than she actually looks like Mori Calliope. At least she fared better than Nerissa, whose art makes her look fucking demented. Anyways, the care instructions say to machine wash on gentle/delicate with cold water, which I did, and yet when the wash cycle was finished there were black marks all over the lining on the inside. I washed both jackets again (I ordered two) individually and got most of the markings out of one of them, but there are still a handful of noticeable ones. The other jacket is pretty much fucking busted. Washed again and there are still markings everywhere. I also noticed when I took them out that the ink from the "water-resistant" outer shell was rubbing off onto me. On top of that, the removable hoods of my jackets are made out of completely different material. I don't know much about clothing materials or anything, so my descriptions might not be very helpful, but one of them is made out of some tougher, more durable material that is pretty thick, and it help up just fine. The other hood got completely decimated in the wash. It's thin and see-through, feels sort of like a mesh bag, and all the fibers inside are loose and falling apart.
I spent $270 on these shitty fucking jackets and now I doubt I'll ever wear either of them. The delivery was also delayed by two weeks for God knows what reason. I had other packages arrive before these jackets that I had ordered after the jackets already shipped. That is not really M. Rage's fault, but still irritating.
I wish omocat would do another Mori jacket. The old track jacket with the wine glass and everything is okay, but I would prefer to actually have the character as part of the design. The new sweater is cute, but I prefer zip-up jackets. Oh well. Guess it's my own fault for deciding to drop a retarded amount of money on two ironic weeb "hypewear" jackets designed by Californians in the first place.
