Unless you mentally prepare for like half of Hololive to leave this will keep happening. That's part of why this board reacted so badly to Fauna leaving, everyone assumed that other girls would leave before her in EN so they were completely caught off guard when it was her instead.
Better to just take things as they come instead of always worrying about the worst.
