This might be the only real answer here but she kinda settled down into a comfortable routine. She's no longer pushing herself for maximum numbers and she's not as eager to take risks either, I'm not saying she's lazy and playing it safe but she is taking less risks and her choices are less goal oriented.
To give a little extra background in the past she was actually quite desperate to get ahead, she felt the weight of her corpo on her shoulders and she constantly struggled with thoughts of quitting or suicide. Being under pressure pushed her content but also stressed her out a lot. Now she's in a more stable balanced state where streaming is more fun for her and she's just taking it easy.
She has learned boundaries of what she is willing to do on stream and what she thinks is worth doing and she doesn't bother going out of her comfort zone as much anymore or taking any greater commitment in what she does or says.
This unfortunately means her numbers are dipping from 3K or even 4K which she had at her peak to like 1K to 2K on average, maybe 3K if she's lucky. This sucks if you want to compare vtuber viewership power levels and it does suck as a fan to see her potential wasted. I miss the peak grind Pippa.
But it is what it is and if she wants to take it easy I am glad she is still around with us.
