The obvious answer is because they tried to make their own vtuber corp but that died off, then they pivoted into investing into Niji
....Except, sometime they're just ok with giving Holos perms for some reason? like they individually gave Miko perms for Uncharted, or let Botan do a stream of GoW on the Steamdeck so she could do a shill stream about how powerful it is, or let Peko/Kanata/Luna the remake of SotC and let Noel play the remake of Demon's Souls on release
