She's been pretty forthcoming about the fact she's been auditioning for a while before she managed to make it into Iluna. But if you were to ask me, it was a massive mistake on Niji's part to hire Petra instead of Maria at the time.

In my opinion, hiring Petra instead of Maria for Obsydia was one of the bigger mistakes in the overall picture that could have led to avoidance of the February incident, as Selen could have had her own isolated group of friends that supported her and a gen that actually might have played games with her instead of Rosemi and Petra fucking off to suck up to Elira, Enna, and Millie all the damn time.
