I just solely watch the stream now. I turned off YT chat, closed all my /vt/ tabs, and I realized how much more relaxing that experience is while I do other stuff.
I come back when the stream ends though so I can see people's responses though, but at that point, I don't have to respond to any bait or grudge posts.
