Over time they both gave up the pretense of doing EN streams and just started streaming in full Japanese. They clearly both had some kind of strong nepotism with the JP clique, because they both started getting collabs with top JP members and included in big JP events. They are like aliens in the EN branch, barely anybody talks to them or thinks about them.
