Indonesian girls (actually, this is applicable to other "modern" muslim places like Dubai) lean REALLY heavily into the "valley girl" esque culture, which, since they don't understand it beyond a surface level, they basically view as a "female punk" culture against muslim societal norms.
One of those is being incredibly crass and sexual, because they think Westerners find it funny (hence why their audience is equally braindead third-worlders).
It's also why they prefer them and HoloEN to HoloJP -- their humor is base and witless, you can see this with how often brown vtuber fans cling to single-tiered memes from 5 years ago (haha Rushia is flat, haha Fubuki wife etc), or prefer Nijisanji EN or HoloID to HoloJP
