If they could poach Fauna, they'd instantly become a high-mid tier corpo rather than a middling one.

That said, if they couldn't even make a contract that'd entice someone of Sayu's size, I doubt they could offer Fauna anything.

The only options for someone of Fauna/Dooby/etc's size is vshojo or buy your own staff.

Maybe, but at the same time Fauna wasn't exactly known for her collabs, like Ame.
Realistically I'd expect it to go like all the other pippa collabs I've seen: Pippa gets uncomfortable, clams up, and then becomes a non-entity until the stream is over.
I don't expect them to be hostile, though, just not to mesh well.

Yes, and the negotiations broke down because they couldn't come to an agreement.
If someone joins a corporation, they generally do it with a goal in mind, be that money, connections to X corporation they want, 3D, sponsorships, etc.
If they can't provide enough benefits to outweigh the revenue cut you have to deal with, then there's no reason to join them.

I haven't seen any people in the high 3-4view range actively joining the corpo, which is why I think it's unlikely that someone with the potential for several thousand ccv to be coaxed into joining unless they can directly suck their favorite company's dick by joining.

If anything, Phase was the one corpo she was very delicate with whenever she talked about them as an option.
With anyone else she'd immediately just say "No, I'm not going there" but with Phase she always started talking about taxes and benefits and shit.
She likely has a fine working relationship with them considering how often she interacts with and works with Airi and Sheena/Shiina/however it's spelled.
