Holo only has events and stuff for Holo. They need someone outside the box to give them a reason to leave, and they don't really contribute to anyone outside of the holobox.
right now your options for event organizers are either indies or japan and nothing else.
And Filian/Doki are the only ones willing to do anything on the scale that would actually attract them.
