If your problems aren't getting solved, there shouldn't be such a disappointment that the talents moved on. So much more could have been said, yet it wasn't. If it was a direct "so and so manager harassed me and holo did nothing about it, so I left", that would explode the situation way more.
If anything, she held back. The "not actually that bad" stuff almost sounds parasocial. We know nothing about the situation, or her tolerances, or any of that. She's not quiting for you, or me, or anybody else but her, because it is her life.
